2 lb. Ground Beef

1 ½ c. Bread CrumbsSoft

Worcestershire Sauce

½ t. Pepper

Garlic Salt2 ¼ t.

1 t. Butter

½ c. Catsup
-
1 t. Brown Sugar

2 T. MustardPrepared
Directions
Combine ground beef, bread crumbs, onion, celery, Worcestershire sauce, eggs, pepper, and 2 t. garlic salt. Mix well. Shape into 24 balls and place in greased shallow baking dish. Bake in preheated 375° oven for 20 minutes. Saute 1 t. onion in butter in sauce pan until transparent. Add catsup, brown sugar, mustard, and remaining ¼ t. garlic salt. Mix well. Simmer 10 minutes. Pour over meatballs. Bake for 30 minutes more. Serve over rice. 8 servings.
