2 T. Active Dry Yeast
4 T. Sugar
1 T. Salt
2 T. Vegetable Oil
8 c. Flour maybe a little more

Put water, yeast, and sugar in a large bowl. Let set 2-3 minutes. Add salt, oil and flour. Put in an oiled bowl about 1 hour (punch down a couple of times). Divide in 3 loaves. Roll in rectangle. Roll tight from one end to another, pinch ends and tuck under and seam on bottom. Put on cookie sheet, cut diagonal slashes on top; and let double in size. Bake 350 for 30 minutes. Brush with butter.
