Ingredients

10 c. Flour(2-1/2 lbs.)

3 Eggs

1/2 c. Sugar

1/2 t. Salt

1/2 c. Shortening

3 T. Active Dry Yeast

1-1/2 c. MilkWarm
Directions
Mix together eggs, sugar, salt, shortening. Heat milk to warm temperature. Dissolve yeast in ½ c. warm water. Add milk and yeast to above ingredients, stir until dough forms ball and pulls away from sides of bowl. Place in oiled contained to raise. Cover with cloth to keep from crusting over. Knead dough when doubled in size and let raise second time. Work dough on floured surface.
