Ingredients

8 oz. Cream Cheese
1/3 c. Mayonnaise
1-1/2 T White Wine Vinegar
1/2 T. Sugar
tiny bit Grated Onion
1/2 t. Curry Powder
1/2 t. White Horseradish
1 sm. Garlic Clove
1 lb. Backfin Crabmeat remove shells

Put garlic in food processor and chop. Add all other ingredients except crab. Remove from food processor and gently add crabmeat. Serve with bread or crackers.
