1 pkg Egg Roll Skins

1 large can Green Chilies

Cheese
Directions
Green Chili (I use mild. Hatchs is the best.)
Cheese (I like colby jack cut shorter and a little bit smaller than a cheese stick. Some of my family like cream cheese.)
Toppings:
Your favorite green chili sauce
Shredded Lettuce
Grated Cheese
Sour cream
Refried Beans (on the side)
I use half of a green chili and fill with cheese or cream cheese. Roll in an egg roll skin the same way you would an egg roll. Directions are usually on the back of the egg roll package. Fry in a deep frier. Serve with toppings of your choice.
