24 Soda Crackers
2 Eggs Whites
1 c. Sugar
1 t. Vanilla
1 t. Baking Powder
1⁄2 c. Nuts Chopped

Ingredients

  • 24 Soda Crackers
  • 2 Eggs
    Whites
  • 1 c. Sugar
  • 1 t. Vanilla
  • 1 t. Baking Powder
  • 1⁄2 c. Nuts
    Chopped

Beat egg whites until they are stiff. Mix all other ingredients together, crackers last, and put in a pan. Bake at 350° about 25 minutes. Cool and top with whipped cream Let stand for 2-3 hours.
