1 German Chocolate Cake Mix

2 cans German Chocolate Icingor make own icing

1 lrg. + 1 small Chocolate Pudding Mixnot instant

2-3 c. Whipped Creamsweetened or Cool Whip
Directions
Make pudding according to directions on box. Make cake according to direction on mix and bake on a greased and floured cookie sheet, 20 minutes at 350°. Cool cake and spread with icing. Spread layer of pudding on top of this, top with layer whipped cream. Sprinkle with shaved chocolate.
