1⁄2 c. Onion Chopped
1⁄2 lb. Ground Beef
2 (10 oz.) cans Pizza Sauce
1 T. Corn Starch
1 1⁄2 t. Fennel Seed
1 1⁄2 t. Oregano
1⁄4 t. Garlic Powder
2 1⁄2 c. Cheddar Cheese Grated
1 c. Mozzarella Cheese Grated

Saute hamburger and onions. Reduce heat. Add pizza sauce, cornstarch, and spices. Stir and heat until mixture reaches a boil and thickens. Reduce heat. Combine cheese. Add a at a time and stir until melted after each addition. For serving, spear rye or french bread cubes. Serves 4-6 as a main dish or 10-12 as an appetizer.
