Filling
Shrimp
1⁄2 stick Butter Melted
Cheese Grated
6 slices Bread Crumbs
2 pkg. Filet of Sole
Sauce
4 T. Butter
4 T. Flour
1 c. Milk
1 c. Cream
Paprika
Salt
Lobster or crab meat

Filling:

Mix together and wrap 2 T. of mixture in filets. Bake at 450° for 15 minutes.

Sauce:

Melt butter and add flour, stirring constantly. Gradually add milk and cream–do not let this become lumpy. Cook until thick. Add meat. Serve over filets.
